Call, text, or email to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation if you are unsure about what services you need or to see if my services are right for you. During that time I will ask you for some basic information about yourself and what you are looking to accomplish.
After your first appointment is scheduled, you will receive a welcome email with information about how to log into your portal, complete necessary paperwork, and set up payment.
The first appointment focuses on gathering detailed information about your concerns and filling in some history. We will then briefly discuss ideas regarding a treatment plan moving forward. I typically frame the first 3-4 sessions as a "trial period" where we can continue to determine whether or not we are a good fit and refine our goals for therapy. If for any reason we decide not to work together I am happy to provide additional referrals and resources.
I do not accept commercial insurance. You may be able to use your “out-of-network” insurance benefits to obtain some reimbursement for services. At the end of each month, I will send you an invoice (also known as a “superbill”) that you can use to file an out-of-network insurance claim. The amount you receive in reimbursement depends on your particular plan and I recommend first calling your insurance company to obtain information regarding your out-of-network benefits.
The fee for individual psychotherapy is $225 per 45-minute session.
The fee for couples therapy is $300 per 60-minute session.
Please note that all couples sessions are 60 minutes. Individual therapy sessions are typically 45-minutes in length, but 75-minute sessions can also be arranged when deemed appropriate.
Please inquire regarding the fee for psychological and ADHD assessments as these can ranged in price depending on the complexity of the case. After we discuss the purpose and goals of your assessment, I will provide you with a fee.
You can pay via credit card, HSA card, debit card, or check. Card payments can be completed online through your patient portal or you can sign up for an autopay option that saves your information and charges your card at midnight following your appointment.
I utilize a HIPPA compliant software that enables secure telehealth video sessions. Telehealth sessions can be done on any electronic device that has audio, video, and internet capabilities, which allows for maximum flexibility. You do not have to download any software. You will receive email and text links and you can also log into your patient portal to access your telehealth appointments.
