ABOUT ME
An integrated and individualized approach to psychotherapy
I am a clinical psychologist with specialized training in multiple therapeutic modalities, including solution focused therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and positive psychology, to more exploratory therapies, such as attachment-based therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and humanistic therapy. By merging elements of different therapeutic approaches, I can offer a more flexible and personalized treatment.

I enjoy working with adults of all backgrounds and ages across the lifespan, including individuals, families, and couples.
