ABOUT ME
An individualized and holistic approach to mental health
I am a clinical psychologist with specialized fellowship training in neuropsychological assessment. For psychotherapy, I utilize an integrated approach that combines ideas and techniques from different therapeutic schools of thought. By merging elements of different psychological theories, I can offer a more flexible and personalized treatment that considers mental, physical, and emotional health in a unified way.

I enjoy working with adults of all backgrounds and ages across the lifespan. I draw upon the techniques of skill-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, as well as more ideologically based therapies, such as humanist and attach-based therapies.

I will work collaboratively with you to identify the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral facets of your current difficulties. By creating a safe and supportive environment, I tap into your inner resources to help you develop greater self-awareness and personal growth, and ultimately, improve your mental health and well-being.
