Attachment-based psychoTherapy

Attachment-based psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that focuses on understanding and addressing how early attachment experiences between an individual and their primary caregivers influence their emotional and psychological well-being throughout their life. Attachment-based psychotherapy has been found to be particularly helpful for individuals struggling with relationship difficulties, unresolved childhood trauma, and emotional dysregulation. It provides a framework for understanding the link between past experiences and current challenges, ultimately aiming to promote greater emotional well-being and more secure and satisfying relationships.
